High-temperature weather is not conducive to the heat dissipation of air-cooled chiller, especially the air-cooled chiller installed in a closed small space. Due to the high temperature of the environment itself, if it is installed in a small space, the air-cooled chiller The heat dissipation becomes worse, and the cooling effect is not good, which will lead to two situations: 1. High pressure alarm; 2. The cooling and freezing efficiency becomes lower, and the cooling effect that can be achieved before is no longer.
Solution: Improve the ventilation capacity of the air-cooled chiller installation environment; clean up the fin condenser; and heat insulation of the chilled water pipeline.
Water-cooled chiller will also cause the same situation due to insufficient cooling. The solution is: cleaning and cleaning the cooling tower and pipeline filter; increase the cooling tower water supply capacity, and use professional tools to clean the shell and tube condenser.
